The location was perfect for us- the hotel was close to the train station, Galleria Academia, Piazza del Duomo, Uffizi Gallery. We love the daily breakfast! The lady in the kitchen is always smiling and making sure that we have a good breakfast. All the gentlemen at the desk are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy each night we came home from our excursions.

Super Room was pretty decent and clean, but also a bit older and dated. Breakfast was good, but the eggs are probably powdered, not fresh. Everything else was good. Very close to the train station, and a short walk from the Duomo and shopping areas.
