The location is convenient, near the Woodland border and close to local shopping malls.
Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant.
We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment — overall cleanliness was acceptable, though the towels were quite old. One of the rooms had water leaking from the window, leaving the floor and window side wet. This issue should definitely be fixed before handing the room to tenants.
The swimming pool’s changing room had a strong unpleasant odour, which was disappointing. Laundry facilities were outdated: the washing machine leaked water, and the dryer struggled to perform, leaving clothes only about 60% dry even with a half load on medium setting.
On a positive note, the staff were helpful and attentive, which made certain aspects of the stay more comfortable.
