Super Room and bed were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the location ended up being incredibly loud late into the early morning hours.

En dessous de la moyenne Not a $400+ per night hotel once all costs figured in). I will say the rooms were updated, clean, and beds were comfortable. Having no full time on staff makes this feel more like and Airbnb with no amenities that it does a hotel. Coffee service was a joke. It’s two keurigs with pods from Costco, and the water tank was empty with no staff on site so no way of filling. Roof top terrace views are good but careful walking or you will break your ankle on the uneven boards. Nightclub across the street has a DJ going until 1:00 or 2:00 AM (at least the Saturday I was there) so good luck falling asleep with bass making the building shake. If you want a place to stay and are just gonna be hammered and pass out then go for it. If you want a place to stay with your family or kids, look elsewhere.

Super The location alone was worth it. Was a nice stay for 2 adults with a 12 year old. Queen bed with bunk beds was cool.

Super It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to the cubs game! The check in/check out situation was a little weird. There’s someone at the desk only at certain times, when we came to check in, we had to call a number that was posted at the desk and the person we talked to said they would send someone, then they came up a few minutes later later. When we checked out, we left around 930, and no one is there till 10 so we just left our keys in their “express checkout” which was just a box. Overall it wasn’t bad for a quick overnight trip, it’s literally right down the street from Wrigley Field which was awesome, but I don’t think I would stay for more than a night.

En dessous de la moyenne The check in process was absolutely abysmal, with the manager of the emergency team cussing at my boyfriend over nothing. It was a terrible and stressful experience and I will never stay at these hotels again, or recommend them to anyone.
