Absolutely horrible experience at Discovery Inn. First off, they will DOUBLE CHARGE you for the room because they claim they “don’t take third-party payments,” even when your reservation has already been prepaid. Completely unacceptable and feels extremely unprofessional.
The customer service was terrible, communication was rude, and nobody seemed willing to help resolve the issue. Instead of finding a solution, they make guests feel like they’re the problem. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and honestly ruined the stay before it even began.
The management lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic hospitality standards. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else unless you want unexpected charges and a major headache. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
