Great view, plenty of room for six people. Please note it is two beds and one floor mat bed for sleeping arrangements. Close to many restaurants and the beach.

This hotel is a scam. The condition of the penthouse doesn’t justify the price as what shows on the listing.
Heavy Sewage smell in the bathroom and toilet. Reported but no one cares.
All the area is dirty and dusty
Wifi very slow and only work when you in the room.
Front desk staff rude and cold.
Swimming pool photos on the listing. But it doesn’t belong to this hotel. You must pay around $30aud per a day to enter.
DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

The property was not clean. Floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The bathroom shower door had a liner that was falling off. Oil and grease on the wall of the kitchen. Clearly was not professionally cleaned. Sadly I think they have gotten a way with this but as a Korean-American, my standards of cleanliness was not met. The a/c filter was black and needed replacing.
The location was great and overall the apartment was very spacious and perfect for a family of five but the cleanliness was unacceptable.

The hotel was very clean. It did not serve any kind of breakfast. It was advertised as being located right on the beach. We could not even see the beach from our 6th floor room on the side facing the ocean. It was actually a couple of blocks away. We chose this location for our visit to be ON the beach as it was advertised. That was disappointing. However, it was close to shopping, food, and walkable distance to the beach. There was a list of rules in the room that would result in added fees if not complied with, which included making sure any used dishes were done and put away. The location of the TV blocked the door to the sliding door to the balcony where the desk and chair were located. There was a large sign asking NOT to move the furniture. The blocked balcony had a window that also served as the egress in case of emergency, which is a major safety concern due to being blocked. A smaller and mounted TV would solve this issue. Nice hotel, but not an accurate description of its location. The use of the pool required an additional fee, it is not owned by the hotel.

Fantastique Our family of five including two adults and three teenagers had a nice day at this hotel. The location was great about a block away from Haeundae Beach. The place was just like the pictures and very luxurious and new. It was a two bedroom unit with a couch in the living room. There weren’t quite enough beds for the five of us. However, the property offered us a floormat with the charges about US$20. We would definitely stay here again. We felt that it was a great value for how nice the property was. Would highly recommend. The only thing to keep in mind is that the check-in process was a bit odd. The front desk was located on the third floor and you really need to check in by the time they close up which was at 9 PM. We barely made it.
