Worse accommodation l have ever stayed,foul smell all over the building bedroom had no privacy curtain,toilet seat was rotating all direction, not clean at all. Because we were going to stay for 11 hours we did not bother changing it as Ankara is big city it takes time to move to another location. Won’t stay there again

We didnt stay here because the room we booked wasnt available. They claimed that Hotels.com offered a room that wasnt available. It was dissappointing that the host still checked us in. Once inside, missing the extra bed and getting a smokers room we decided to go.
The host nevertheless offered us a room in another partner hotel (Nene Hatun hotel). So he resolved the matter properly I would say. The first reception worker was rather rude and kind of tried to convince us to stay there because the dirty and smelly sofa was still available. I would recommend to not take a room you didnt book. Also the hotel doesn't have an AC or a fan.
It kept us wondering though why they still checked us in with 3 young kids in such a nasty room with a strong smoking odor and ashes all over the floor.
The hotel is in a very remote area up a hill. Not much to do around.
