Interesting layout...I got room 0 and was downstairs. The view was a small yard with junk so not much to see there. The bedroom had no natural light and I almost worried about waking up for my flight home. Host was helpful. Location was great, in a small quaint neighborhood. Easy transportation nearby.

Very small room. Very thin mattress. The construction of the "second floor" on which you sleep doesn't feel much professional and a bit unsafe. The air gets stuffy very fast when sleeping because of the lack of space.
The shared bathrooms were clean when we arrived but got absolutely disgusting by the second night with urine everywhere.

This lousy place—I have to climb 62 narrow, steep steps to get up here, and there's no elevator.
The so-called password lock is broken, and there's no sense of security inside the room.
N people share the toilet and bathroom, and the windows have no curtains—everything inside is completely visible from outside.
I checked out at 8 a.m. on June 6 as agreed with Expedia, but my request for a refund of the last day's room charge was also denied.
I would never book this place again myself, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend any other travelers go there to suffer.

Safe and quiet property. Close to a number of bus links and about a 15 minute walk to a Metro Station. Very fast WiFi (about 350mb download and upload speed). No check in desk, you get an email before you check in with instructions. No private bathroom but good for a one night stay.

It was ok - but I booked in a rush and did not realise how far out of town it was and it was not the easiest place to find. There is no metro or tram nearby so unless you invest time looking at buses it was a 30 walk into town, 40 mins to Grand Place. I stayed 6 nights but there was no oven (only hobs and microwave) and they only leave you one towel and a hand towel for the stay. I had to call up to get fresh towels and they did change them but why not at least give you enough for stay on check in. The place had seen better days and is badly in need of tarting up for instance a tile in the bathroom was loose. Everything functional but nothing of comfort. I’d say it’s for single guest as only one chair at the kitchen table. There is a wicker chair but no cushion so a bit uncomfortable. It’s a shame as shower was good, it’s just a bit petite. With a makeover it would be quite nice.

Absolutely terrible - the photos advertised are not the same property! I would much rather sleep on a hostel sharing room with lots of people (in case you’re on a budget like myself when I booked this studio) than staying at a place like this. It is a fire hazard, I felt very insecure sleeping on the bed since was just a very cheap piece of wood and few screws holding up the “made up” floor. It is an absurd that Hotels.com advertised a property like that. I genuinely give reviews to help people out - please stay away from this place ( I am not fussy or picky but this property is a whole different level of a let down).

Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city.
