Fantastique Clean room, no smell of smoke, quiet. Staff was very professional. However, there was water damage on the ceiling of our room. We were on the 2nd floor. Staff was notified.

Fantastique I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day.

Staff is not friendly and lazy, only one washer n dryer which is small and not worth it and the rooms be half clean with the staff being selfish with helping with extra towels and toilet paper.

Room not clean
Room smelled really bad
Sheets were dirty had to ask for new bedding and was required to make my own bed because I was told house keeping was gone. The towels weren't clean. As I was leaving guest had on underwear and a shirt only. This was my 3rd stay and the worst. And I won't be back.
