Very large room, great air conditioning and a beautiful view across the pool. The rooster across the road is vocal in the early morning

This was tucked away in some back alleys of what seems to be an old part of the city.. Not easy to get to and got stuck multiple times due to oncoming traffic and too narrow alleys.. Property was in very average condition.. The door to may room did not operate properly, it was twisted and in closed position there was a gap of around 15 to 20 millimetres.. The side tables were in poor condition to the point one side had tilted and seemed to be about to dislodge from the wall..The toilet was leaking water from the bottom where it sits on the tiles.. The towels were frayed and stained as were the pillow covers and there were bugs on the pillows and sheets.. The TV remote looked like it had not been cleaned in years covered in dust and grime.. The building is sound but inside the room needing repairs to cabinets, bed, doors and most importantly a thorough cleaning required with some new clean towels and linen.. Most unpleasant stay I can remember

The staff was excellent. The hotel can use an upgrade. Even so, the bed was comfortable and everything worked. For the price and proximity to the airport and the staff, I would stay here again.

Internet not regularly available, no power, no water in room for over 4 hours each day … and at night … I was there. Toilet placement immediately in front of bathroom sink and mirror, strange. Saw some customers leave for another property, I nearly did to but was leaving Bali the next day. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Very loud Water pump running and toilet ventilation running all night - poor insulation - really hard to sleep

Staff nice and neat and clean friendly staff and peaceful stay

The lanes around the property are very narrow and dirty. The staff were very nice, but they didn’t pickup phone calls. When I tried to call them that we will arrive late at night and want to ask them to wait for us, they had never answered my calls. I just left messages.

For a short stay in Bali this is an ideal hotel. It was very nice and within walking distance to the airport

A great place to stay near the airport. There's a money changer and markets nearby as well. You can walk to the airport which also has a lot of restaurants & shops outside of security. Quiet, clean, comfortable and safe area.
