Personnels aidants et accueillant. Déjeuners sont bons. La proximité de la nature et la végétation est agréable à entendre. On se croirait en pleine jungle. C’est un endroit très tranquille ce qui est apprécié. Le concept de petites maisons est génial. Seul inconvénient, loin à pied du centre-ville (20 min), mais facile à faire en transport. Il y a beaucoup de restaurant à proximité

Tout était parfait dans son ensemble. Seul chose qui rendrais le séjour parfait serait un meilleur acces exterieur avec table et chaise si on a envie d'être à l'extérieur sans être nécessairement sur une chaise longue à la piscine (par exemple avec un repas emporté ou pour jouer à des jeux de société.) Et l'accès à un micro onde serait aussi un plus (il pourrait très bien etre dans la salle ou se trouve le frigo). Sinon, tout étais parfait. Bon emplacement, staff accueillants et endroit très propre. Les repas au resto de l'hôtel était délicieux et très copieux. La piscine étais très agréable. Nous y avons vu un toucan à quelques reprises. Je recommande !

The room was very clean and the staff was lovely. I stayed in one of the hotel rooms (not a bungalow) and unfortunately the walls were extremely thin. The family next to me yelled and had kids screaming all times of the day starting early, and even with ear plugs, sometimes their banging on the wall jolted me awake. The restaurant was convenient, food was basic. Good location for doing things in La Fortuna.

Séjour en famille avec enfants

Staff was wonderful! Very helpful. Room was clean but there was a missing window pane that allowed bugs into the room. The room was cleaned well daily. We stayed in a room with 5 people, it would have been nice to have a mirror outside the bathroom so others could get ready while the bathroom was occupied. The pool was open until 8 pm but there were no lights so the pool wasn’t usable past dark at 6. Also there were only 6 chairs to sit in at the pool. The toilet seat didn’t really fit the toilet which was a little gross. There also wasn’t an area to gathering spot other than the restaurant. There were hanging swings in the entry way which was a nice touch.

When we get the room we found out that a crack on the window, we let the staff know and they fix it really quick , I’ll be honest if you are looking for luxury and modern property this is not your spot , now if you looking for a well located spot near the heart of fortuna clean, safe and well located this is it .By the way 5 star to the Bambo restaurant the breakfast it’s include this was one of the hidden gems in La fortuna town this restaurant it’s amazing crazy tasty food and shout out to luis and his wife they will make you feel like home
