Good breakfast. Clean room. Fridge was not cold when we checked in but started cooling after we inserted room key. AC worked but was not enough to keep room cool.

Fantastique Our room seemed old but very clean with all the necessary amenities and air conditioning. Easy commute to the historic areas with the light rail. Free breakfast and a nice balcony were extra bonuses. Would definitely go back.

EXCELENTE!!

Florence’s best kept secret!
Large clean rooms, ours had a large balcony so we could easily sit outside.
On quiet residential street with supermarket at one end and bistro at other.
Few minutes walk to T1 tram line which runs regularly to midnight.
Exit at S.M Novella Train station and then straight walk down to centre of city in 10mins.
Friendly staff and good breakfast. Large social common room.
Did hear some noise from other rooms but overall great stay.

Amazing experience. The property is far from the SMN station but can be easily arrived at through the local tram. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The brkfst was also nice and the nearby area is also great. The only request if a TV can be provided in family room.
