Fantastique Everything from A to Z was perfect in this property, they're very helpful, manager Kim Young Seok was super super polite, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and really took great care of us. Also on WhatsApp they keep following what you need and if everything is as I want, and the guide you to everything you want. Also about the room is super nice and clean, location great, we even found the room nicer and better than the images I saw on the website I used for reservation and that's a plus, I have stayed in many hotels around the world this is one of the top ones with no doubt...I totally recommend the place 100% .....!!!, about the kitchen and laundry has more than you need, you won't need anything at all. Everything available for you as a traveler and much more honestly.

The location was excellent and very convenient. Busan Station was easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge, and there were beautiful walking trails nearby. Best of all, everyone in Busan seemed to recognize the Marina G7 (or whatever name the building is currently known by), making it easy to find and recommend.
The contactless check-in and check-out process was seamless and worked perfectly for us. Since I did not have international roaming or mobile data, the staff contacted me a few days before my arrival to coordinate an early luggage drop-off, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, if you are comfortable staying in a property without a traditional front desk or on-site customer service, this is an outstanding place to stay. I first stayed here in 2024 and returned again in 2026, which speaks for itself. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Busan.

This was a beautiful apartment near the water in Busan. The laundry was easy to use in the kitchen and the other kitchen amenities were handy. The closet was great for us to spread out and the living room/kitchen island were convenient when we were in the room. No issues using the QR codes for the elevator (after the first try) and the codes for the building and room were straightforward.

It was very difficult to adjust the temperature in the rooms. The location is close to the train station but isolated from everything else.

Brown Suites is amazing. Very clean, modern & high tech. By the time, we walked in, we were absolutely amazed. The view! It has a connecting walkway to Busan Station. Lots of dining options. Communication w/ the staff A+, prompt answer to any questions you have, staffs @ the storage room are very professional & efficient. I would highly recommend this place to friends & families.
