Nice boutique hotel

We had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are absolutely amazing – a special thanks to Art and all the reception team, who were super nice and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. There are a couple of small areas for improvement: the shower water didn’t drain properly, and the pool area could benefit from a bit more regular maintenance. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay with excellent service and a warm atmosphere.

Brace yourself. This is going to be a glowing review, the best I've ever left for a hotel. I have been traveling in Asia for over 30 years and have stayed in all the greats, old and new. But nothing compares to the experience at Madi Paidi, and I don't plan to stay anywhere else in Bangkok in the future - it's that good. The property is new and beautifully designed with exceptional attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. But what really stands out is the service. Every single member of staff was exceptional, from the front desk to housekeeping to those serving in Ekkaluck, the hotel restaurant. Their attitude, knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go out of the way for every customer exceeded the best I have seen at five-star properties anywhere in the world. They also accommodated our unusual dietary preferences, the chef making special meals for the vegan and gluten-free members of our group. The location is also excellent - a few minutes’ easy walk to Thong Lo station with plenty of nearby eateries and attractions and only a few stops on the BTS from major malls in both directions. If you are considering Madi Paidi, don't hesitate. I was delighted and you will be, too.

My first time in Bangkok and the ENTIRE staff were so nice and welcoming and the food was undoubtedly the best there was. I highly recommend this place and you won’t be upset you did.
