Fantastique A wonderful place! A tastefully decorated clean, big, bright, and airy room with good quality bath products and plenty of towels. The staff were excellent - very responsive and helpful. It was easy to access the room. The bedding was super soft and comfy. Plenty of parking. Nicely situated by the river. A great breakfast option just across the roady the “Hungry Goat” (delicious food). Excellent! Would definitely go back to the Drift House.

En dessous de la moyenne There aren’t any staff on the property to help you if needed. Our room was very musty and humid. Right outside our door was a light that shine into the room right directly onto the bed. It felt like there was a spotlight the entire night shining on us.

Super The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Self check-in was very easy and our questions were answered fairly quickly just by calling the number that was given. There is a kayak rental place that’s right there, which is a nice touch. My only complaint was that our bottom floor room was musty smelling, so if we were to stay again we’d request one on the top floor. Also, if you have mobility issues you will need to go down a flight of stairs if you reserve a 1st floor room.

Super It is a lovely spot on the river and my room was extremely clean. I enjoyed being there. I would’ve given 5 stars if there had been connection with internet. Even with downloading WiFi info, I had zip connection.
Otherwise I was a happy camper.

En dessous de la moyenne This place has potential, but our room had a heavy smell of mildew. When we messaged management about it, there was no apology or offer of refund, only that we should have turned on the AC. We booked two nights and could only stay one.

SuperSéjour avec animaux de compagnie
Good location- easy drive to Bethel Woods. Our dog enjoyed his walk to the water. The room was clean but the water in the shower was really weak. Very comfortable bed.

When I arrived, there was no one on site. As a result, I ended up making reservations at a different hotel. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the entire experience. I paid a significant amount of money for the room, and expect I do not qualify for a refund as I did not cancel prior to my arrival. Had I known there would be no one at the hotel I would have cancelled.
The picture does not accurately represent how the hotel looks from the road. It was very misleading.
