Fantastique Room came equipped with AC, very helpful staff that made sure things were to my liking, along with a new bar of soap and towel.
Although the front desk wasn’t open 24hours, there was a sign that noted the staffs number which you can call or text to get help immediately.
The location was perfect (just a 3-5 minute walk from the golden temple)
I will say there is another nearby hotel with the same name (under the same establishment) but the staff helpful and walked me over to the correct location which was just down the road.

En dessous de la moyenne The staff were great. The room had a broken toilet seat and broken toilet. The glasses were dirty. No kettle in the room. Upon requesting one i recieved a dirty kettle withbdirty mugs. No water, or soap etc supplied. No tea or coffee. It was so noisy that sleep was impossible
