Helpful host, great location,

Tidy room, perfect location & very nice host!

This is a private business accommodation. We made a reservation one month in advance, but upon arrival we were informed that due to a staff mistake, there were no available rooms—not only at the property we booked, but supposedly throughout the entire Grand World area. We were traveling with two children and had nowhere else to go, which put us in a very distressing situation. It appears that as Grand World has recently become very popular and accommodation prices have risen sharply, guests who booked early at lower prices are being ignored or displaced in favor of those who booked later at higher prices. This is clearly fraudulent behavior. We will be reporting this incident to the relevant authorities.
