Spacious room, perfect location right on the beach, Carolai at the front desk was amazing and helpful! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Bondo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The receptionist gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt at home. The rooftop bar was one of our favorite spots—the atmosphere was amazing, and the ladies who served us were truly incredible. They were always smiling, friendly, and patient. Even though I only speak English, I wanted to practice my Spanish while visiting Colombia, and they kindly helped teach me along the way. It made the experience even more special! The beach directly across the street was beautiful, and the locals were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. The hotel’s location was perfect—just five minutes from downtown, making it convenient to explore everything Cartagena has to offer. To top it all off, when our flight was delayed, the hotel graciously allowed us a complimentary late checkout, which we truly appreciated. That level of hospitality speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend Bondo highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Todo excelente habitación limpia, vista al mar, no en primera linea

The Bondo Hotel was an excellent place to stay! I loved the location—it offered easy access to the beach and made it simple to catch transportation whenever I needed it. Although it’s located just outside the city walls, it was still a great base for exploring the area. The apartment-style accommodations were a huge plus. Having a kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom, and large bathroom made my stay much more comfortable. I was able to buy groceries, store food, and reheat meals, which was especially important for me. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a cute hotel but it seemed like a hassle to get anything. It took 2 hours to check in because our room wasn’t ready and we were there at check in time. We asked for towels and never received them, they promise a free drink at the bar to make up for the check-in process we got up there and ordered the drinks for it to be just a Coke. Paid more for the hot tub on the balcony, but it was not warm at all. The staff was helpful. I think they just need more organization to operate more properly.

Clean spacious condo,across from the beach. Next to alot of restaurants. 20 minutes walk from wall city. I really enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely return

Super close to everything, that staff are really nice to the people that stay there plus the views on the rooftop is cool, plus there always guard at the front door with a dog !

The amenities were great. The ambiance was quant and just like the pictures. The staff was great especially Vicki. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. My balcony view was not good and housekeeping is additional. Overall great experience.
