Fantastique My room was very clean and had everything any one could want
Staff were exceptionally nice 👍
The entrance could use a little upgrade but I am sure it gets the most wear and tear.
I will stay there again.
Wish they had shuttles to and from airports then they would be perfect!

Hotel location is convenient to get the subway there is a shuttle to drop off in subway station.
The area is not recommended but the staff of hotel was very very nice and helpful, front desk , kitchen , janitors,….
All and all was very helpful and friendly, highly recommended to have a good experience.

Great amenities and spacious rooms, unfortunately the location isn’t the best mostly if you’re a group of young girls or plan to come back late. The transfer to/from the stations is great but starts late and stops early considering we’re in the city that never sleeps!
Breakfast is pretty basic but great to have the option, although if you go after 9 you might not find a place to sit and as they allow people to bring food upstairs there’s hardly food left in the later hours.
The staff is absolutely fantastic and helpful, the property is well maintained and everyone is happy to help. I wouldn’t book again just because of the location but if you have a car or don’t mind to jump in an ubers to/from the stations in the late hours it’s totally worth it! It’s also great to have the studio with a full equipped kitchen.

If it wasn’t for the awesome included breakfast I would have rated lower. I give them credit. It helped me resolve my resting quarters for the two days. Just wish it wasn’t so close to the trenches.

The staff and actual room were great. The location was a little rough. It is not in safe walking distance to anything. The shuttle to the subway was good. That should be advised when booking.
Room had cold air conditioning and a hot shower. The view was half nice. Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel.
