Nice property in a nice location

Good location. 10 mins walk from subway station. the room is clean in general but ac needs deep cleaning. It smelled funny. Check out was awkward. The staff was right there but we were told to check our using tablet.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still close to the train station so that getting around is easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and stove top. Also the washer/dryer in unit is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

I was so impressed with our stay that I’m finally motivated to leave a written review on here for (I think) the first time. I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. My husband is vegan so I wanted the option to prepare food at our accommodations.We also wanted to pack light and be able to do laundry. Having a stocked kitchenette as well as an in suite washer/dryer was a bonus for the above reasons and the room was more than big enough to accommodate the four of us. Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly our entire stay. They were also all fluent in English which was very helpful (not expected but much appreciated). the cherry on top was the service we received when checking out. I had only asked for advice about Yamato Transport in passing as we were about to leave and the staff offered to complete the luggage forms and then called our Kyoto accommodations to see if they could store the luggage if it got there before us (they couldn’t) and whether a Yamato branch was close to hold the luggage (they weren’t). I can only imagine the stress I would have had trying to figure this out on my own. Instead it was seamless and we have it booked to drop off the morning after we check in. I will recommend this location to everyone I know and would 💯 book again.

Staff was so kind and helpful and the room was spacious by Tokyo standards. Highly recommend!

Awesome amenities

Great location! Clean room and is equipped with all the amenities. Very comfortable stay for our family of 3. Perfect accommodation to kick off our Japan family trip! Will book it again in the future.

Location was very convenient, close to various train stations. The room is larger than a regular hotel room and included additional amenities like an ensuite washer/dryer which is convenient for longer stays. The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave and a toaster oven. The room also included a dining area and also a sitting area.

Exceptionally clean. Amenities are great. Staff helpful. The two beds were big enough to fit all four of us co-sleeping with a 4 and 6 yr old.
