The staff was kind, caring and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning was wonderful.The local street market had tasty food at low prices. The siler truck next to the local temple had the best mangoes we have ever eaten.Lanna Pharmcy is well stocked and has knowledgeable,affable and helpful pharmacists.This is a wonderful place to visit. I strongly endorse this hotel and will plan on returning on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Amazing location, very comfortable room and bed. Thin walls, so maybe not the most private for couples, but probably the best location in Chiang Mai in our opinion. Very friendly staff.

This is a very pleasant hotel at a more budget price point. The staff are great and very friendly. The location is also great being in the old town with a food market about 150 metres away if you want a cheap meal. If you want a great place to stay at a budget price then I would recommend Lanna Haven.

The Lanna Haven Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Newly renovated and clean, and had a great shower and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Great location……I will stay there again when I return to Chiang Mai.
