Our suite was lovely and immaculate. And that’s about all I have to say that’s a positive.
Very disappointed with our trip, so much so we left a day early!
Given the price you pay to say here there’s not even a complimentary bottle of water in your room. The ‘mini bar’ was extortionate and came with a hefty feee for ‘restocking. Yes we bought water elsewhere but couldn’t keep it cool as the fridge has sensors.
42° heat and no parasols at the pool (if you’re lucky enough to grab a lounger) unless you pay a premium for a special lounger. Food and snacks are the pool were $$$ - I paid $16 for a Pepsi that was 80% ice!
Lots of restaurant options, again pricey.
And don’t get me started on navigating the place. The hotel and city itself are awful to get around in - add to that the place being packed to the rafters and it was total chaos.
Best part of our stay was leaving!
