No staff on site to check in. Had to call a number written on the door. That took 30 minutes. It is not staffed 24/7 as advertised.
Room was clean. Location is excellent.

Fantastique My wife and I came from Canada and spent the night in September at this hotel. The front desk manager Shrepsa made us feel welcomed and she made sure our stay was great.
I highly recommend anyone visiting Venice to stay there.

BienSéjour en solo
Small room, which I expected. No soap, bad wiring (dangerous?), and loose faucet in bathroom. Seemed clean enough, but was warm and AC didn’t work well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
The hotel advertised 24/7 reception but we turned up to a locked door and not a single person around. We rang the buzzer for at least 30 minutes and had no response. We tried to call the number on the door but also had no answer. We had to contact Hotels.com for support and they also could not get in touch with the hotel. We had to walk around Venice at 10pm in the dark trying to find another hotel with a room! We didn’t ever get a response from the hotel to apologise either! Don’t waste your time!!

SuperSéjour en famille · Pour les loisirs
This was a nice place to stay. The staff wasn’t present when we arrived and left our key outside, getting wifi was a bit challenging. Overall the room was quite nice and a bit small. The bathroom area was extremely small alongside the shower. For the price the room was worth it.

Great location close to restaurants and San Marco square. Washroom too tight. No air conditioning
