The consistency and responsiveness from the reservations team reflected strong operational leadership.
Upon arrival, execution matched the preparation. Check-in with Namtam (Front Desk) was efficient and seamless, and the room was ready immediately — a detail that meaningfully enhances the overall travel experience. Front-of-house coordination was composed, organized, and attentive.
