My recent stay at Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Indonesia. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury, Javanese hospitality, comfort, and an unbeatable location right in the heart of Yogyakarta. The first impression matters, and this hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and professional. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and warm Indonesian hospitality. They were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions.
Every staff member I met — from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant staff — showed excellent service standards. They made me feel valued and respected as a guest. If you need help with tours, transportation, or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you so much Rodhan gurung and Kunsang gurung 😆😆😆
