The hotel sent check-in instructions the day before my arrival.
The room was clean and comfortable, and there were two complimentary bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. I also enjoyed the complimentary loose-leaf tea—it was a lovely touch and tasted great.
It took a little while to fill the bathtub with hot water, but it was worth the wait. I had a very relaxing stay.
The closet smelled fresh and pleasant, which made the room feel even more welcoming.
If you value privacy, I'd recommend keeping the curtains closed, as the room may be visible from outside.
I stayed on the 7th floor and didn't experience any noise, unlike what I had read in some other reviews.
The woman at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

ソウルの来た事ない場所、だけどカンナムまで電車ですぐの場所観光客はあまり居ないように感じた。ホットタブは良いと思う。カップルで来たらきっと良い
