Great location, very reasonably priced, comfortable bed, great shower. Timo, staff member was particularly helpful

The hotel is located outside of the heart of Munich but the subway is very close hence very convenient. Room was nice, and staff helpful during check-in/out. One point to mention is that the main road close to hotel is quite noisy, we stayed over the weekend and during the night that was lots of honking, and sports car passing by ! So if the room is facing that road, it might be noisy during the night !

Rooms are clean but air conditioning is non existent specially if you are on the top floor. I had my room changed as it was like being in the sun. Lower floor was better but again, ac does not cool. It only reduced heat. The hotel is noisy street so opening windows is not an option. Hotel staff is nice and accommodating.

AC was welcome relief from hot temperatures in June

Signature suite is very spacious and good price for value. It looks like recently refurbished from an older building. The renewed parts look good. But you can tell where they spent the money on. For example, the couch and chairs look new. But the plumping and faucet looks less maintained. Very nice to have a good bar which opens till quite late and serves hot food. In close proximity (one or two bus stops) from a district where there are tons of restaurant options: they really have all kinds of food available. But this also means it could be slightly noisy on football nights. But I suspect the cars would be honking everywhere in the central part when Germany wins a game. Plus: a/c available. It works, But don't expect it to be very cool. It will be cool enough to sleep, but not cool enough to put on a blanket. You also probably can't open the windows during the weekends. The amenities are bare minimum for such a big room. There is a hairdryer but it's not very powerful. There is a coffee machine with capsules, but only paper cups. There is no kettle. We asked for one and it did not appear. There is also no phone to call the front desk (it's also not manned after office hours anyway). They have a pillow and calm down set menu. We asked for one but it never arrived. Room is clean.

As a tourist the air conditioning did absolute nothing. It was better to open windows just sadly the street being a busy one is noisy. (Its fine if windows are closed) Another issue was that we had a stranger just walk into our room while we were asleep. The staff were shocked but i felt the reaction and perhaps compensation for such of an event was lacking.

Lovely location with restaurants and transit within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower. Annoying single plug under desk required some switching to make coffee but if that’s the biggest problem you have it’s a good stay!

Always a good experience. My go-to hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. Food at restaurant was not great but the staff was great.
