Room is clean and location is awesome but the room is too small, no refrigerator or coffe machine, no air conditioner(it was too hot although the window was open all night) no smart tv(regular tv) so it is like a hostel althoug very high price!!!

Friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, excellent coffee with croissants still warm from the oven. Clean, comfortable room. Ours had a great view over the Statpark toward the lovely skyline of central Vienna.

En dessous de la moyenne The staff were simply great and location fine. The room was tiny, mattress rock hard, no fridge/facilities, no English Channel on tv nor ability to put subtitles on. Lighting was not great until discovered another light, no general information made available in room.
Like something out of an old eastern block hotel.

Small room but nice large bathroom. The room did get very hot and stuffy even in October. Free coffee and croissants were lovely and the staff was very kind and helpful!
