I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and the shower was probably the best I've ever used in a hotel. The staff were absolutely charming; so friendly and helpful. They booked dinner for us on 2 consecutive nights and the places they recommended were amazing! Breakfast was great!; there was a good selection of fruit, cheese, meats, bread, yogurt etc and they cooked you delicious eggs and bacon if you required a cooked breakfast. Altogether a really special stay!

Incredible staff: very friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive. Amazing breakfast. Unique rooms. I planned to stay two nights but added a third. Great stay. Bergamo is awesome too and well worth a visit.
