Very clean and spacious room. The carpark was directly behind the hotel and the hotel location is very central. We walked to the castle, gardens, food markets and all the other areas we wanted to visit. There are kombini and a chemist just down the road. Rooftop onsen, everything was just perfect.

It's very nice they provide umbrella to borrow.
The room itself is very good. The only down side is the internet is way too slow and public area can be improved.
The woman public bath is always crowded. Only 1 microwave at top floor. Gym is very small.

The property was a very good value. Breakfast is awesome! It was quite nice and in a very good location - very close to the market, short walk to Kanazawa Castle, the park and the gardens. The baths were very nice and they even have an outdoor one that has walls on all sides but is open to the sky...it was snowing when we were there which was cool. Great place to stay.

Good central location not far from station and castle/gardens/shrines etc. Clean & comfy. Bonus they have laundry facilities

The location was convenient to the place we wanted to visit. The Omicho Market is one block away and interesting districts within walking distance. The bus system took some learning since we’re more familiar with using metro lines but is doable. Hotel room was typical in size (small) but was clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat at their restaurant but looked inviting. Keep in mind they don’t consistently provide washcloths for bathing in Japan. Brought my own and used laundry facilities to wash when staying for extended periods.
