We stayed at Veriu Hotel during our Melbourne trip over the long weekend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were given a standard room instead of the 1-bedroom suite we had booked through Hotels.com. Naturally, I raised the issue, and Manny at Veriu Hotels & Suites was incredibly helpful in sorting everything out.
Although the room couldn’t be changed straight away, Manny kindly provided us with a complimentary rollaway bed and personally helped organise the refund process with Hotels.com. I really appreciate that both the hotel and Hotels.com were willing to work together to find a fair solution for us.
Things didn’t start perfectly, but thanks to Manny’s excellent service and support, the situation was handled professionally. Thanks heaps!
