We had a great stay and would recommend it highly! We weren’t in our room too Much because we were out and about but it was a lovely respite when we came back after a day of sightseeing. The beds were sooo comfortable!

Great hotel with friendly staff . Location perfect

The hotel is in a great location but standards have slipped in the last year. The breakfast was terrible, off fruit that was clearly days old and juice that tasted like the water that was used to wash it. We pointed out the bad fruit to find the next day it had been converted to the tropical juice. With the same off smell. Frankly, bad oranges should be a crime in Portugal. Pastries were fine if you want a starchy breakfast and the cooked offering was poor. Grey scrambled eggs, raw looking bacon and mini frankfurter sausages. The room we had was more style over substance, no hooks in the shower (but 2 in the toilet which was separate), nowhere to dry and change privately so make sure you’re close to who are travelling with, and a wet floor after every shower as the mat can only be placed at an awkward angle outside the shower room. The tv didn’t work which was a known bug when we reported it but maintenance were not available. Not really an issue for us but made the overall impression worse. The staff were friendly but I’ll be looking for alternatives the next time I visit Lisbon.

It was a great stay! Everything was clean! The buffet breakfast was perfect, plenty to choose from. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names but the two black men on staff were so kind and helpful! I truly appreciated their help. Only thing you will notice are a lack of are hooks in the room. Bring about 4 extra command hooks and you will be just fine. Walking down to the main square only took about 12 minutes.

If you have multiple dietary requirements the breakfast may not be worth it for you. They were as accommodating as possible and provided gf toast and soya milk on request but this and fresh fruit were really my only options. That is the only downside I had. Great location right by the metro, 20 mins walk into Baxia and a nice walk. Couldn't fault the cleanliness and Reception were always friendly and helpful! Just message them on WhatsApp for more water or coffee and someone brings it to your room. Its a small boutique hotel but a great place for a city get away! Would very happily return.

In the breakfast area: finding things like milk for coffee and a glass for water was not intuitive. Also, I had trouble figuring out how to turn lights out in the room at bedtime. The staff was always available and very courteous . The room was clean. The towels large. The bed comfortable. Someone staying there told me you could raise the leg part of the bed. I never found how to do that, though. It would’ve been nice. No complementary water for coffee pot ( I had an extra early airport trip/ Breakfast closed) but I got coffee at the airport. The hotel was nice enough to get me their third party driver to get me that early airport ride. I would stay there again. I recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this exceptional boutique hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful, clean, and well-maintained the property was. Everything looked exactly as pictured online, which made checking in even more exciting. Although I didn't take advantage of the hotel's breakfast option, it wasn't an issue because there are several wonderful mom-and-pop cafés just steps away, making it easy to enjoy a delicious local breakfast. My room was cleaned daily, the bed was neatly made each day, and fresh towels were always provided. The attention to detail and housekeeping were truly outstanding. What made my stay even more memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Alma (my apologies if I've misspelled her name). She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming, spotless, and beautifully maintained boutique hotel with exceptional service. I would absolutely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was spotless, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful balcony suite. It made my trip feel even more special! I was also greeted with a delicious birthday cake and a thoughtful birthday card, which was such a kind and personal touch. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Every positive review I read before booking was absolutely true, they were not lying! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely book here again on my next trip. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!
