Séjour en famille avec enfants

Staff so friendly and welcoming always ready to assist and help. Was pleasantly surprised by the double bedroom so massive and spacious. Loved the vibe of the hotel very clean and neat decor was so shick and modern. Highly recommended and over the road was the best shopping mall and down the road the Dandenong Markets - a must . Will be back at the Holiday Inn trusted brand indeed.

The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor

My biggest concern is that the heating and cooling cannot be controlled by the guests in the room. I was forced to call reception multiple times during my stay for them to either turn on heating or turn on cooling. It is the most bizarre thing I have ever encountered in a hotel

The bnedroom was huge (twin room), the beds magnificent and the bedding amazing. Thanks so much for going with feathers and down, so much better than synthetic. We slept like the proverbial logs! Evertything about Holiday Inn Dandenong was fabulous.
