Not cleaning the room with our 2 nights and 3 days stay lacking amenities no restaurant not even offer you water or coffee they should have ref because there’s no restaurant no elevator we to take our luggage to 3rd floors …toilets or washrooms are horrible water is everywhere when you take a shower it’s very dangerous of slipping a I’m very disappointed

**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! 🚫🏨**
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was appalling— the front desk staff were incredibly rude. My room was dirty, with cockroaches scuttling across the floors and in the restrooms. To make matters worse, the toilet paper was nearly gone, the beds felt like something out of a prison cell, and the pillows reeked of smoke. The towels were embarrassingly small.
Additionally, the surrounding area was a major concern; it felt unsafe and resembled a slum, almost like a drug den. Please, do yourself a favor and do not book a stay here!
