The room was spotless and was a very cool and different style room - we loved the amount of space and the swinging TV! The free 'minibar' was a great touch and much appreciated. We also really appreciated having Netflix too, thank you - Nicolas and Grisha were both really helpful with all queries, thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Utopian was fabulous! I booked the top-level junior suite, and the photos truly don’t do it justice. It feels like a cozy, homey loft with the convenience of a virtual concierge service. Since my visit was short, I didn’t get to meet the staff in person to pay my city tax, but the manager, Nicolas, quickly helped me find a solution.
The only downside was the street noise — the property sits on a busy road, so I could hear traffic and sometimes even feel light vibrations from passing vehicles late at night. Some soundproofing would make it perfect.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this property for its comfort, design, and excellent service.

Very clean room, good coffee/tea maker, very nice shower, very, very comfortable bed! Convenient security system. Manager easily reached by phone. All staff responsive and pleasant. Good streaming choices on the TV.
Our room (6) was 47 steps up from the street.
Plenary of space in the room; an extra chair world have been handy.

The Utopian Suites were exactly as advertised and provided a very pleasant experience during my visit to Porto. I appreciated the ease of check in, and the well-appointed room which provided all of the comforts and conveniences of home. The inclusion of the mini bar was a nice perk and a thoughtful touch. The property manager was easily reachable to attend to any requests. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again when in Porto.

The hotel is a very modern and open but needs doing something more such as simple as a map of the city. Although nothing nearby such as restaurant, super market since we tried to buy some fruits but no way could find. otherwise, the service is good especially Nicolas helps a lot.
