Staff was great, although this is far from a traditional hotel. Parking is not at the hotel’s front, you need some instruction on how to get there. If you arrive after hours, you’ll need to call the manager (or whoever is the POC) so he can open up for you. The location is great and environment is amazing. It looks like you’re in a classic Italian Village. Rooms were big and comfortable.

If you like heat in the middle of summer with little to no air conditioning, this is the place for you. It's run like a time share and has the same feel. There is nobody really available full time. If you're only there for a couple of nights there are no daily clean towells, and no change of linen for less than a three night's stay. At $300+ per day, one should expect a lot more. AND there's no beach access so how can anybody justify this expense? Stay at a nearby Hilton property and feel a whole lot better in how you spend your money, even in overpriced Milan.

It’s hard to judge this. The room was small but quaint. It had the old Italian charm. The amenities, there weren’t any. Just a coffee machine and small fridge. The reception was in another building, with just one man that helped us get checked into our room. It’s plain and simple. No frills. The bed was comfortable and good shower.

We loved the suite very much. We had plenty of room, and loved the sitting area, with the couch, coffee, & refrigerator area. There was alot of storage as well. The bathroom was very large, and had everything we needed. The bed was firm for me, but my husband loved it. We would have loved softer, more luxurious towels, which would have matched the luxuriousness of the suite, and apartment complex. We loved the security - we felt very safe! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this location to everyone.

The room was fine, but the front desk is hardly open. We had to buy our own toilet paper when we ran out. Also, we had a lost suitcase arrive on Friday and we weren’t able to pick it up until Sunday. Hours before we left. Trying to get in touch with the front desk is almost impossible. We had to wear the same clothes our entire stay. I would not stay here again for this reason.
