The room smelt of damp from the bathroom. The light in the toilet did not work, there were loud noises from the street outside and the bed smelled of smoke.
There was no duvet on the bed, and with the single glazed windows meant that it got pretty cold
I could not recommend this place

This place isn't for everybody, but I love it. It's just enough for me as a solo traveler and I enjoy the neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, the rooms cleaned daily. No problems once you get the lay of the land, but cant recommend for the unadventurous or those with rarefied expectations. The price is right and it works for people that appreciate an experience at a good price.

Fantastique A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!

Clean bed and bathroom but all facilities are very much worn - you better bring house shoes, don't want to walk on the floor without.
Ok for a quick stay but not worth more than 35 GBP/night.
