We were not able to check in at all due to missing reservation number in the email from Expedia. Tried to contact the property owner at the check-in date but did not get response after 1 hour. The phone number within the confirmation email did not work either. We had to find another hotel.

This self check in hotel is located in a quiet place. It is pretty new with modern style. We didn’t receive the reminder email one day before checking date, so didn’t know the front door access code. We waited until someone get out of the door so we can get in. When we finally get the door code, but had trouble to open the room door. Tried to call the property to get help, but the number provided is wrong. We called Expedia, and someone told us to push very hard at the door lock, we tried several times, and it turned out the door lock was broken and stucked. It took us about 2 hours to get inside the room. We requested to change a room with good condition door lock then. The new room was not prepared for 5 guests, and the headboard was very dusty. We did a little cleaning by ourselves and took the towels from previous rooms.
If there wasn’t trouble with the door access, I would give the hotel higher rates.

Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though.
