When I arrived, Jeff told me I had been upgraded to fulfill my request of being given a room on the ground floor (no elevators at this hotel!) I had requested a room on the ground floor because of health issues, so this meant a lot to me!! Rather than a Standard Queen, I was given a Double Queen with Kitchen and Patio. Jeff carried my bags and gave me so much info on the way to my room (they have a lot of amenities and local/beach fun things, Jeff was very knowledgeable!!) The beachy gray shaker look, vintage bicycles and giant heavy brass keys for the rooms are so sweet and classic you’ll feel a little nostalgic walking around the Chateau. The place feels very private and secluded while being in a good location. My room was gorgeous! The kitchen looked newly remodeled and even had high end appliances and a Keurig. Every part of the room from bathroom to bed to kitchen was immaculately clean! I highly recommend staying here. Yes, during peak season it can be a little more expensive than some other Inns/hotels but I've stayed at a lot of places in the area and nothing has compared to this level of service, cleanliness, beauty and amenities. And off-season, I have seen the rates being much less than other places. I'd love to come back and stay for longer than one night to be able to explore the beach. Also be advised, the parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver if you’re not used to it. I There’s additional parking across the street. I was able to park my big van.

Top notch boutique hotel in Spring Lake with beautiful rooms, lobby and grounds. The staff goes above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful to guests. Love everything about this place and would definitely return again.

We had an emergency and my wife had to go to the hospital and the people there were terrible. They wouldn’t even give me a receipt for returning the keys in and basically would never come back. I need a refund for the two nights that we weren’t there and I am pursuing it, but the hotel is of absolutely no help.

Fabulous staff, cozy accommodations, a beautiful sitting room in the lobby. Picture perfect location.

This is a charming hotel. My room was rennovated & came with it own outdoor space. The hotel is not on the ocean however it’s just three blocks from the shopping area. They have several bikes. The staff are really nice. Will be staying there again.

Rooms are all unique so I would suggest calling the hotel to discuss your needs and specific rooms available. We had a very nice King Suite. Grounds very pretty - directly across from Spring Lake. They provide beach tags, towels and chairs, which is very nice. Lobby has coffee and the best beignets in the morning! Also wine glasses if you BYOB. Would be great place any time of year. Lots of wedding attendees staying there. Would definitely go back.

Check in was a breeze...the premises are beautiful & the cucumber water & iced tea was a welcome treat. Only thing I missed was a breakfast.

This place is a little escape into paradise. Rooms are gorgeous, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The town of Spring Lake is beautiful as well and so close to the beach.
