Fantastique Lovely hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They even gave a nice momento to have to remember our time there for the BTS concert (a welcome letter, keychain, and package of photocards) 💜

So embarassing that I saw the toothpaste and toothbrush the previous guest left behind and insufficient toilet paper at the bathroom. Other than that, everything was OK.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Korea where we visit every 2-3 years for family holidays. This time, I stayed with my 2 daughters and we all found the hotel and room were clean and quiet while the amenities are amazing with top notches. The price was really good too. We are definitely staying here again when we visit Busa next time.
