AC is not optimal. We were there during a heat wave in July. AC keeps the heat at bay when working. It did shut off during our last night while we were sleeping. We woke up drenched in sweat.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We stayed there Nov 7-9 and returned Nov 23-25. We were greeted with a welcome back, it’s so nice to see you again. The breakfast was better than any Choice property we have stayed at previously. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and very good location. Numerous restaurants nearby, I recommend trying Vladimiros. Well located for the Villa Borghese and gardens, the Spanish steps and metro and bus tour stops. The hotel is very clean and room servicing is excellent. There is a good selection in the buffet breakfast and the staff are attentive and thoroughly topping up as needed. If there are several of you the hotel transfer to the airport is good value and reliable.

The lovely young man at reception was very helpful with all our queries and we were also so pleased that our room was ready even though we arrived early
Our room was on the top floor. The room itself is on the smaller side but with a large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom
The breakfast is great with a variety of hot and cold food, fresh fruit and pastries. They also have a pancake maker.
The hotel is in a wonderful quiet location and within walking distance to attractions
The friendly staff and great location made our stay very comfortable

Comfortable, well-situated and helpful staff. Two criticisms: no long mirror in the room and the staff at the reception never smiles.
