This was our second time staying at Bai Hotel, and once again it was a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm, professional, and very accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything we needed. Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout our stay. Bai Hotel continues to exceed our expectations, and we’ll definitely keep coming back whenever we’re in Cebu. Highly recommended! 💛

The staff is kind, they allowed us to have early breakfast even though we hadn't checked in yet, because of our tour immediately upon arriving in Cebu. Their breakfast is also delicious, good location with a mall across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, also close to the pier if going to Bohol after Cebu.

C'était la deuxième fois que nous venions ici et c'est un endroit vraiment agréable pour passer des anniversaires ou toute autre célébration. Avec beaucoup de piscines et de toboggans pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons certainement ❤️

it was a very convenient stay, though it take time waiting for your room to be ready because they are following the time really. not like other hotels that they allow to check in early but above all the hotel is nice and accommodating, all staff are friendly and easy access to buying food and water because the Jmall is only at yhe 2nd floor.. i love their hotel very neat and clean.. i hope they re-open their Waterpark soon that would be very nice to go back 🥰

It was a great experience staying at Maayo Hotel. The staff were helpful and cordial. The restaurants had great food options and the food serving was reasonable considering the price. The whole place had a classy peaceful vibe. Also, it was easy to book a grab ride in that area.

unfortunately we were not able to experience the waterpark coz its close. please add a note next time about the waterpark schedules because we assumed that booking the hotel will give us access to the waterpark anytime

It's not bad. I used it for a 0.5-night stay, and it was okay. However, it's quite old, and the bed was a bit warped. The advantage of using Klook was that I could use a coupon. However, the initial price was more expensive than booking directly through Agoda. Of course, I used a coupon to make it cheaper. The disadvantage is that Trip.com and Agoda bookings immediately show up in the hotel reception system, but it took a while to look up the Klook booking.
