Pros: The hotel hardware is brand new, the rooms are spacious, and the clean environment is reassuring. Even the buffet breakfast is quite rich and tastes good. Cons: The adjacent shopping mall is somewhat disappointing, with a relatively small number of shops. If the family-friendly facilities don't suit you, you'll need to take a taxi to other places for shopping.

Qu'il s'agisse de l'efficacité et du professionnalisme du personnel de la réception ou de l'attention portée aux détails par le service d'étage, chaque membre du personnel était toujours souriant et désireux d'aider, ce qui m'a vraiment fait sentir comme chez moi. Deuxièmement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est extrêmement avantageux. Le transport est accessible dans toutes les directions, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour les voyages d'affaires ou de tourisme. Les commodités environnantes sont complètes, à proximité de la gare à grande vitesse, de la porte de Macao et des principales attractions touristiques, ce qui me permet de planifier facilement mon itinéraire quotidien et de gagner beaucoup de temps précieux. La chambre d'hôtel a été un point fort de ce séjour. L'espace intérieur est spacieux et lumineux, et l'agencement est raisonnable, sans aucune sensation d'oppression. Plus important encore, la chambre était impeccablement propre, du lit à la salle de bain en passant par tous les coins, et l'on pouvait sentir la grande importance que l'hôtel accorde à la propreté et à l'hygiène, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement et de profiter d'une tranquillité et d'un confort purs. Enfin, compte tenu de toutes les excellentes conditions mentionnées ci-dessus, son prix est étonnamment raisonnable. Être capable de profiter d'installations matérielles et de services logiciels qui dépassent les attentes à un prix aussi abordable est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix et d'un rapport qualité-prix extrêmement élevé. En bref, cette expérience de séjour a été irréprochable. Votre hôtel a réussi à combiner parfaitement « commodité », « confort », « attention » et « valeur », et c'est certainement mon premier choix pour mes futurs voyages. The location is convenient, very close to Lihsiawan Night Market. The breakfast food selection is decent, but the style and taste are average. The dinner buffet is more attractive. The lobby of the annex hotel is dark with no staff, allowing free access. The hotel key card has a different name on it.

Convenient parking, interesting playhouse area and ice playground. Great time for kids. Extra points for hotel breakfast, a huge variety of food choices. Highly recommended for family with kids.

Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately drawn to the comfortable, spacious, and fragrant lobby. Jane, the first person to greet us, was friendly and attentive. Knowing that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, she immediately arranged birthday decorations and a small cake for us and upgraded us to a Macau view room. Additionally, because there was a water test being conducted on the hotel's exterior, the sound of dripping water outside the window prevented us from sleeping well, so we went to the lobby to inquire if earplugs were available. An employee, Mr. Gareth Lin, was very considerate and gave us his own personally purchased two pairs of earplugs and offered to change our room. Mr. Lin accompanied us throughout the room inspection process until he confirmed that we were no longer disturbed by the noise before returning to the lobby to work. This stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and we will definitely choose to stay at your hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai! This is my fifth time staying here, and as always, the service is excellent. Special praise to Carrie, who is very detail-oriented in her work 👍🏻. Actually, it's only about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge from here, and there's also the Huafa Mall nearby, with so many delicious food options. This time I finally had time to try the Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, and you must try their Drunken Prawn with Egg White. Even the kids were fighting over it 😋😋😋.

This time, I plan to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Zhuhai Hyatt Regency Hotel. Upon arriving at the destination, the front desk provided very polite service. To celebrate her birthday, they upgraded our room to a room with a view and included free breakfast. I felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was also very large. My wife was very satisfied. It's different from the traditional style of other hotels.
