Hôtels près de Silver Waterfall

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à Sapa ! Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 3 jours. Le service était remarquable ! Tout d'abord, ils ont surclassé notre chambre en chambre Deluxe avec balcon et vue sur la montagne, ce qui était charmant car nous pouvions observer le funiculaire le matin. Ils nous ont offert du thé chaud et nous ont aidés à stocker nos bagages à notre arrivée. Le salon était grand et vous pouvez l'utiliser, ainsi que leurs toilettes et leur piscine, en attendant l'enregistrement. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable ; vous pouvez dormir paisiblement car l'ambiance est calme. Ils disposent d'installations bien équipées et offrent une bonne sélection de plats avec leur buffet de petit-déjeuner et leur service en chambre. Leur personnel était courtois, attentif et serviable. L'emplacement est superbe - à distance de marche du centre et de la gare de Sapa, ainsi que d'autres cafés avec vue sur la montagne. Je reviendrai certainement ici lors de mon prochain séjour à Sapa !

Fortement recommandé. La réceptionniste nous a vraiment aidés à contacter la compagnie de bus-couchettes lorsque le véhicule de ramassage était en retard.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and cosy space. Room and environment are exactly what was shown in the photos. Breakfast was delicious too! The hotel does have a shower outside of the rooms for those arriving early/leaving late.

Culture-shock with the housekeeping. They clean, change towels, place bottles, coffees, tea, bath tissue EVERY SINGLE DAY. I love fresh towel every time I bath. Walkable to Sun Plaza. Three buildings away from Phuong Nam Hotel. Has a convenience store scross. Breakfast buffet was good by its price. Room are not sound-proof so you will hear footsteps and noise from inside the room but I don’t really mind. Nice view from the balcony. Be careful unloading luggage from your mode of transport, as the hotel is on a steep hill and bags may roll.

Staff are nice very accommodating and the location is very close to Sapa Station♥️
