great place to stay! its just a 3 minute walk to the train station, just make sure to take the right exit. The room is the standard japanese hotel room size, has great amenities and the staff are approachable and kind. they do room cleaning every 3 days but they give bath towels everyday and you get the amenities you need in the front desk.

JR新小岩走2~3分鐘左右，附件有便利商店、藥妝、吃東西方便。要提行李走到2F check in稍微不方便，房間看的出有年紀，訂15平方公尺有小沙發+桌子，28吋行李箱可以打開一個，沒有附礦泉水，廁所超極小，暖氣轉鈕在床頭

雖然在龜有站隔壁，但離東京市區有點偏，可是住宿地方離車站相當近，交通機能佳，價格便宜實在！

hotel location: Just few steps away from the Ayase station whiche makes it accessible to any location in Tokyo. There are a ton of restaurants and shops nearby. service: Service is very good. transport access: Train station is just few steps away. cleanliness: They will clean your room every 3 days which is not a big problem.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel provide free shuttle service from airport to Hotel. however, pick up service from airport is available in the afternoon while shuttle bus to airport only available in the morning. even without shuttle bus, we may get into train station within 3 mins. it is really convenient. One added benefit is the free breakfast provided by Tokyo Inn. it’s is good and with variety of choices. we may come back to this hotel when we visit Tokyo again. 交通便利性：Good 酒店地點：Good 服務：Good 早餐：Good 整潔度：Good
