promotion sur la chambre de luxe à 199 RM/nuit. pas d'eau minérale fournie lors du premier séjour. nous pensions qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau gratuite. nous avons apprécié le séjour.

the room is clean. very accomodating and friendly staffs. the place is near the famous malls. overall experience was super great.

the hotel is very clean and smells good. it is very accessible and the location is very good. services are likewise good. no breakfast in the hotel. the staff are very helpful. the lobby is quite small so there will be some queueing during peak hours of checking in. checking out is very easy

We had a wonderful stay. The highlight was the incredibly warm and friendly staff — the best 5-star hospitality we’ve experienced.
Strategically located near many attractions, the area is mainly business offices, so it’s quiet at night. The hotel sits next to The Exchange TRX with direct access to the mall via elevator, making shopping very convenient. Cons: ride-hailing apps often refuse trips due to heavy traffic, so arranging a private driver is easier during peak hours.
Rooms are comfortable with well-equipped amenities available upon request. The bathroom is excellent, and the tower views are beautiful. In-room dining was great.
Cons: limited space between the bed and wall due to a large cabinet, empty fridge, and slight new-furniture smell at first (later improved).
Breakfast offered an outstanding variety, fresh and well-prepared, with very attentive staff.
The hotel itself is newly opened, featuring a café and restaurant, with great potential. Highly recommended.
