Hôtels près de SM Mall of Asia (centre commercial)

Je leur ai envoyé un email plusieurs jours avant le séjour prévu pour les informer que mon partenaire fêterait son anniversaire et ils ont répondu immédiatement. En entrant dans la chambre, il y avait une carte de vœux et une part de gâteau offertes. Après avoir vérifié la chambre, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions changer de chambre pour une chambre avec vue sur la baie. Ils ont vérifié et ont mentionné qu'il y avait une vue sur la baie/piscine avec un coût supplémentaire, d'environ 700 Php, ce qui ne nous posait aucun problème. Nous avons ensuite vérifié d'abord la chambre pour voir si la vue était correcte, puis nous avons accepté. À notre grande surprise, la réception nous a appelés pour nous dire qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de payer, qu'ils l'offriraient également gratuitement puisque nous fêtions un anniversaire. Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne expérience ! Et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Communication with the hotel staff was easy as you can just send them an SMS anytime. Room was kept tidy and clean. Buffet was just okay, wished their served more filipino choices

This is our go to place to book when in Manila. Very conveniently located. Walking distance to malls, church, restaurants. and there's a 24 hour convenience store right beside it.

pros: room is spacious. near shopping mall. clean. cons: parking is very limited. limited choices for breakfast
