We chose this hotel because it was next to exit 3 of metro Hibiya line. The main issue is not the hotel but the absence of escalator at Kodenmacho station. I'm not sure if there is a lift at other exit. Carrying the luggage after arriving from Narita airport using Keisei line followed by Hibiya line was very tiring when we have to walk up several sets of stairs. The hotel itself is very clean with fairly sizeable room for Tokyo standard! Need to ask for extra pillows. We can just managed to open our suitcase on the floor of the room. It comes with good amenities including kettle, pyjamas and slippers for the onsen on the 10th floor. The lifts are very efficient. Good selection of Japanese breakfast. There is a small smoking room on the 7th and 9th floor which is where the vending machines and icemakers are located. The free ramen is not vegan. All staff are polite and welcoming. Akihabara station is one stop away. There are convenience stores and supermarket and coffee shop nearby.

L'insonorisation est excellente, il y a beaucoup de chambres par étage, mais on n'entend pas les autres clients ouvrir et fermer les portes. La chambre est très propre et de taille normale.

A perfectly located hotel at Tokyo Station makes it easy to go places. Nice ambiance, clean and helpful staff. Booked 2 nights stay and it was a pleasant stay.

À 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare de Tokyo. La chambre d'hôtel est propre et calme, avec suffisamment de commodités. Le personnel est très poli et serviable pour répondre à vos questions. Un 7-Eleven (au niveau 1 de l'hôtel) et des cafés (avec Komeda Coffee au niveau 2 de l'hôtel) sont situés à proximité de l'hôtel.

C'était super. Le logement est petit mais le lit est large et moelleux, donc j'ai très bien dormi. Le quartier est très calme et il y a beaucoup de supérettes à proximité, ce qui m'a été très utile. Je pense que j'y retournerai la prochaine fois.
