the hotel is conveniently located at the shopping mall and mrt station. lots of eateries and there's a supermarket below. service is good too. breakfast is a must. the wide variety suites all people and u will never goes wrong. highly recommended

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One of the things I appreciated most — which may seem small to some but meant a lot to me — was the parking rate of RM4 per day throughout my stay, with no additional charges after check-out. That was truly convenient and thoughtful. I have only a minor comment regarding the bathroom in the room. I believe the floor level could be reviewed or adjusted slightly, as water tends to flow out from the toilet area and make the front section wet, especially if used by children. Apart from that, everything else was truly satisfying. Thank you to your team for the warm hospitality and great service.

J'ai séjourné ici pour assister au mariage d'un ami. L'emplacement est idéal et la chambre était très propre avec beaucoup d'espace. Le seul inconvénient était que la lumière des toilettes était un peu trop faible. Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait de mon séjour.

for 5 star hotel they are good breakfast was delicious have a lot of choice room are okay and they not collecting deposit during my arrival.

I stayed at Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites KL yesterday and had a generally good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities met my expectations. However, the hotel's location was quite inconvenient—it was difficult to access and not well-connected to nearby attractions or transportation. Additionally, the layout of the place was confusing, making it hard to navigate, especially upon arrival. If you don’t mind being a bit out of the way and can manage with unclear directions, this hotel offers decent comfort. But if location and ease of access are important to you, you might want to consider other options.

It was great coming back here for another business trip in KL. As always the staffs were great and access to Starling mall. The Hokkien mee across was amazing too :)
