Gorgeous facilities and room! The meals were delicious and filling. Many onsen options made it a perfect first ryokan experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Sakuragicho Station. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at night. The rooms are clean but on the smaller side. Conveniently located near Yokohama Station with easy access to transportation. The hotel breakfast is delicious, featuring a daily rotating selection of miso soup. The service staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. The beds are very comfortable, with two pillows of different firmness levels provided. Overall, a fantastic experience.

awesome hotel, very good location in Yokohama, we went for Oktoberfest and it was so nearby. Clean and stylish rooms!

Private onsen was lovely! We enjoyed. Hotel is not far from the lake. However, there is not foodmarkets nearby the hotel.

so far this is the best airport hotel i have seen!!! very reasonable price, so clean and cozy. the rooms were just right in size, not too small not too big. very modern and good view. free shuttle to and from the airport and the city was a big plus!!! and there was free coffee, free use of onsen and other facilities. the front desk personnel were also very friendly and helpful and pleasant!

A beautiful, super-well-maintained hotel with welcoming and pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet is magnificent: wherever you come from, you'll find something you're used to eating! Renting a private onsen is possible if you have tattoos. It's a time for yourself, without any outside distractions, a pure moment of relaxation and calm. In the room, there are missing places to put our things on hangers or in drawers. No hooks for bath towels but a very small drying rack that was very useful all the same.

L'hôtel est bien plus récent que sur les photos. La chambre double avec deux lits de 16,5 mètres carrés est très confortable pour deux personnes. Lorsque vous arrivez à la gare de Yokohama, ne vous précipitez pas pour valider votre titre de transport. Il est préférable de trouver la "KK Keikyu Line North Exit". En sortant, sur votre gauche, vous trouverez la "East Exit A", avec des escaliers mécaniques et un ascenseur. Une fois au rez-de-chaussée, marchez tout droit pendant deux minutes et vous arriverez à l'hôtel. Sinon, si vous sortez par la sortie centrale, vous devrez d'abord vous diriger vers la sortie ouest "N passage West Exit", aller jusqu'au bout, et sur votre droite, vous trouverez des escaliers mécaniques ou un ascenseur. Prenez-le jusqu'au B2. En sortant de l'ascenseur, allez tout droit et vous trouverez les indications pour la East Exit A. Au bout, prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au B1. En sortant de l'ascenseur, tournez à droite et marchez tout droit pour arriver à la East Exit A. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est servi dans un café ouvert au public au rez-de-chaussée. Vous avez le choix entre trois menus, tous délicieux, et vous pouvez même les emporter. Prendre le bus direct pour Disneyland ne prend que 45 minutes, c'est super pratique et confortable. Vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner dans le bus et, au retour, vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à l'arrivée.

there are not enough words to describe this hotel! it is a pricey hotel but it is worth its money and more! the scenery alone is worth the stay! this hotel also has the private onsen in the room and it is so relaxing to have that and have the view and not have to worry about going into the public one nude! the breakfast buffet is so yummy with a ton of variety! there are American food options and also authentic Japanese ones! please if you have the chance to stay at this beautiful place then I encourage you too! I have never felt so relaxed at a hotel!
