Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, ce qui en fait une option parfaite pour les escales. Notre chambre était confortable et disposait de tout le nécessaire, et le petit déjeuner était copieux. Le niveau de bruit était minimal, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer avant notre vol, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Le clou du spectacle, cependant, était le directeur, Edward. Il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a même fait un effort supplémentaire en m'offrant du café, des œufs et du roti canai lorsque j'ai fait l'impasse sur le buffet complet. Pour ceux qui se rendent à KLIA1, vous pouvez réserver une navette, mais si vous allez à KLIA2, il suffit de traverser un passage souterrain couvert, rapide et facile.

Tout est parfait dans la chambre, sauf qu'il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant. Vous n'avez d'autre choix que d'aller jusqu'à l'aéroport juste pour pouvoir bien manger et grignoter. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est bien. Chambre, installations, personnel, propreté, climatisation, c'est vraiment agréable. Je me souviens d'une chose, la fenêtre en verre devrait être teintée dans un sens. C'est aussi de ma faute car je n'ai pas vérifié d'abord que l'on pouvait voir à l'intérieur. Donc voilà. La vue est belle et ils ont également un service de navette vers l'aéroport et le retour à l'hôtel.

Service: Excellent... Transportation access: Buggy 24 hours from the hotel to the airport, from the airport to the hotel... Hotel location: Strategic location for people waiting for their flight the next day...

My 2nd time here. Love the serenity and tranquility of this resort ❤️ really appreciate that they prepared small birthday cake for me, such a lovely welcoming gift 🫶🏻 even though we did have some hiccups during the check in and cannot get into our room on the 2nd day (we believe they rgster our stay as 2D1N instead of 3D2N), but the staff were helpful and solved the issues promptly. Breakfast were good enough for us, and the pools definitely the highlight here. However, the toilet room needs some upgrade on the door lock and lighting. The rest were all good and we will coming back in the future 😄

it wasn't easy to find but if you keep asking you'll eventually get there. It was worth the money especially if you have long layover.

Room is not ready during check in time. We got our room only by 5pm. But luckily the hotel is attached to the shopping mall so we can go there pass time first while leaving our luggage at the reception.

Right at the doorstep of KLIA T2 & the KLIA Ekspres / Transit station, with plenty of F&B options, various shops, and a supermarket being close by. Assigned room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, with a generally quiet environment, along with shared shower & toilet facilities that were constantly well maintained. The front desk staff on duty were superbly agreeable & friendly. Overall, an excellent airport hotel for early departures, late night arrivals, and layovers. Highly recommended & would definitely return, hopefully with Solo Plus being available the next time.

My kids loved it. But the pool surroundings have stones... the stones are a bit painful. The kids ended up with scratches on their legs and arms, haha. Overall it's okay. Will repeat but will have to be more careful about getting on and off near the stones.
